This well-kept besa block home was a rental property that I prepared for sale in early 2024. Although it had been well looked after by its previous tenants it was in need of a repaint and an updated colour scheme.

Once the ceilings and walls were underway, care was taken to properly prepare the doors and steel door frames ensuring all of this homes surfaces were ready to shine for its prospective new buyers.
